Nghia joined the Office of Technology Transfer in February 2024. She serves as the assistant to the Director and Senior Staff of OTT, providing administrative and technical support. Prior to this position, she worked as an Office Manager in the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases, Career Development and Outreach Branch.
