Nea Dam joined the Office of Technology Transfer in February 2024. In her new role, she serves as the assistant to the Director and Senior Staff of OTT, providing administrative and technical support. Prior to this position, she worked as an Office Manager in the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases, Career Development and Outreach Branch. Nea facilitated key processes such as procurement, conference registrations, travel itineraries, and personnel packages. She also served as a liaison between laboratory chiefs and staff.
