Amber Rush, MPH, is a Management and Program Analyst at OTT, serving as the Product Owner for the Law Firm Portal (LFP) and the OTT SharePoint Customer Relationship Manager. She leads PLS and Patent management IT systems training for the NIH Technology Transfer community and contracted law firms. Previously, Amber served as a Paralegal Team Lead and Subject Matter Expert at NCI-TTC, following an extensive career in Intellectual Property within the private and federal sectors. She holds an MPH from Purdue University and a BS in Business Administration from Albertus Magnus College.
