Registration is Open for the 2021 NCI/FNL Technology Showcase

2021 NCI FNL Showcase

Register for your spot at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and Frederick National Lab (FNL) 2021 Technology Showcase. This event provides potential partners the opportunity to attend presentations on federal technologies ready for commercialization and/or collaboration, watch panel sessions focused on technology commercialization, see poster sessions highlighting additional NIH technologies available for licensing and collaboration, and network with regional life science professionals from a variety of sectors. Keynote speakers include Mark Stewart, Ph.D., VP at the Friends of Cancer Research, and James Cherry Ph.D., Chief of the Research Technologies Branch at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

In the years since the Showcase’s inception, it has highlighted 85 cancer technologies,  featured 34 investigator presentations of their technologies – resulting in many new relationships and collaborations.   In addition, several regional biotech companies shared their experience in partnering with the federal government as a way to grow their business. This past year the event earned a Federal Laboratory Consortium (FLC) National Award for State and Local Economic Development. This is one opportunity you do not want to miss!

This event will now be virtual only. The showcase is taking place from 12-5:30 pm on September 1st. Registration is free, claim your spot today!
