NIH’s Steve Ferguson will be speaking at the 2024 TEDCO Entrepreneurship Expo in Baltimore, MD on December 4, 2024. He is speaking on the Bootstrapping Deep Tech: Advancing Your Technology in a Capital-Uncertain Environment panel from 1:30-2:30 pm. This panel is discussing how inventors and innovators are identifying unconventional pathways to “bootstrap” deep tech innovations through innovative company structures, emergent regional funding sources, and public-private partnerships. 

Ferguson is a Special Advisor at OTT and brings 30+ years of experience on how to set up successful partnerships with NIH and utilize a variety of available opportunities for your own company. 

NIH Technology Transfer will also have an exhibition booth, this is a great opportunity to talk to NIH’s technology transfer experts about opportunities to partner with NIH and/or license/co-develop one of our 1,500+ available technologies.
