Debra Flint joined NIH OTT in July 2016 as a Monitoring and Enforcement Officer, and from September 2019 – January 2020, served as the Supervisory Technology Monitoring & Enforcement Specialist. Prior to joining NIH OTT, Debra worked for 6 years as the IP Manager for The Henry M. Jackson Foundation in the OTT office. Debra received a B.S. in molecular biology with a minor in chemistry from the Salisbury University, a M.S. in Biotechnology, with concentrations in Regulatory Affairs and Biotech Enterprise, from Johns Hopkins University, and her patent agent certification in 2007.
